How it works
From the first look to the final check, every step explained.
Hail repair is easier to plan when you know what comes next. Here is what happens at each step, what we do and what we ask of you.

The four steps
What happens at each step, and who does what.
01Free inspection
We inspect and explain.
We look at each affected panel under a light board and tell you what we see. The inspection is free.
- What we do
- Read every panel under the light, note each dent and explain what can be repaired by hand. We also go over payment with you.
- What you do
- Request the inspection online or by phone, at least 24 hours ahead. Photos of the damage and a claim number, if you have one, help.
02You decide
You decide.
You approve the repair plan before any work starts. Nothing is repaired until you say so.
- What we do
- Explain the plan panel by panel. If a panel can't be repaired without paint, we tell you before any work starts, put it on the same estimate and arrange the paint work for you.
- What you do
- Approve the plan. If an insurance claim is involved, you authorize the repair and we handle the process with your insurer.
03Repair
We repair by hand.
Each dent is worked from behind the panel, keeping the original paint when the damage allows. When a dent needs it, we pull it with glue tabs.
- What we do
- Work each dent until the lines of the light board run straight again. When the repair allows, we do it at your home or workplace.
- What you do
- Have the vehicle ready at the time we agreed. If you need a car in the meantime, we help you arrange a rental.
04Review together
We review it together.
We check the finished panels with you, under the same light we used at the inspection.
- What we do
- Set the light board on each repaired panel so you can see the lines for yourself.
- What you do
- Look at the result with us and ask about anything you see.
Scheduling
We schedule inspectionsat least 24 hours ahead.
Start the request online with your ZIP code, or call us, and we set the time together. The inspection is free.
Online booking is for 2015 and newer vehicles. Older paint and metal are harder to predict, so for an older vehicle, call or text us first.
